[APA-InfoTech Leaders] APA-IT DIVISION: RE: Renaming InfoTEXT

This site houses the HTML version of the newsletter so that we can  
then send it out via eblast. It does not currently contain basic info  
about the division like the APA site does. We would need to add more  
content and functionality to make it the primary site.
