July 13th works for me for a conference call.
As for the Awards Structure and Program. This past year we had two scholarship papers for $500 scholarships each. I'd propose just 1 $1,000 scholarship for a paper on any topic related to information technology.
For the Professional Awards program we had five categories. I'd suggest changing this from 5 to 3 awards and change the categories to:
Best Use of Information Technology in a Plan or Planning Process
Best Student Project
Then as an option for the third option an individual award forrecognonizing an individual for their promotion of information technology in the their planning work.
As for the timeline, I'd suggest a January 15th, 2008 deadline.

Hi Susan, as far as I can tell, none of my emails the last few days
to the APA Technology Division listserv ever reached leadership. I
tried to send out a conference call reminder and then this email when
it was clear nobody was responding to my reminder. At the very
bottom of this email is one of the error messages that showed up in
my inbox over the weekend.
Any advice?

The next conference call is scheduled for the afternoon of July 11 - the
exact time and dial-in information will be distributed to all division
chairs and conference session proposal coordinators. The substance of
the call is described in the Conference Call section of the Session
Proposal Coordinators responsibilities at

Click on each of the subjects and follow the links - schedule,
deadlines, coordinator responsibilities, tracks, division business
meetings and receptions, etc. Review and note all deadlines.
The new feature this year allows division members to submit their
proposals for by right sessions online and designate to which division
it should be submitted. The deadline for submitting proposals to
divisions is August 17. The division coordinator will receive all the
submissions for the division, review them, and choose the two for the
division's by rights by August 28. Any proposals not selected for the
division's sponsorship will automatically be considered in the general
submission pool. We are encouraging all divisions to use the online
submission site to gather the proposals for their by right sessions.
Once you and the division leaders have reviewed the manual, please use
the staff list in the manual to direct your questions (it's the last
item in the table of contents).
