I'm a new member of the PBC division. I'm an independent researcher, writer
and publisher for community and environmental planning issues. I have a
Bachelors degree in planning and have been involved with environmental and
community planning issue for 5 years. I'm originally from the Great Lakes
region and I've joined this listserv to gain insight to PBC planning issues.
