  Attention Planners!
Did you receive your Save the Date Card for the 2006 Upper-Midwest Four State Conference?  The conference is taking place in St. Charles, at the Pheasant Run Resort from October  4-6, 2006.  The conference coordinators have been working hard to make this an enjoyable and learning experience for all those who attend.

  Session Topics will include:

            Planning Communication
            Technology and Planning
            Transportation
            Environmental Issues
            National and Local APA Award Winning Projects
