[ApaIllinois] Lake County is seeking a co-panelist for 2008 APA National Conference

Lake County is seeking a "small town" co-panelist for a proposed session at the 2008 APA National Conference in Las Vegas. The session topic is "Enhancing Development Review: Perspectives of a Metro-County, Mid-Sized City and Small Town". Enhancements to be discussed are process-oriented and information technology-oriented. We're looking for a small-sized community partner who has had some success in improving applicants' permit/development review experience despite relative size, growth rate and budget constraints.
