[ApaIllinois] ILAPA Forum Question: Alternatives for downtown zoning?

 The Village of Burr Ridge is developing a new downtown and we are looking at our options for downtown zoning. We will be considering maintaining existing zoning with an overlay district that adds regulations unique to the downtown area. If you have an overlay district or another alternative for downtown zoning, we are interested in learning about your particular situation. I am particularly interested in small to mid size downtowns. Thank you for your assistance.
