   essage               The Chicago Bar Association's Local Government Committee will be hosting its annual seminar, entitled "What's New in a Changing  Urban Landscape: Regional Approaches to Collective Issues & Shaping  Community Character Through Design & Planning," on Thursday afternoon, June  7, 2007, from 3 to 6 p.m. at CBA Headquarters, 321 S. Plymouth Court, Chicago,  IL.  The seminar will primarily address regional cooperation and community  character/aesthetic issues, including prevailing theories of urban planning and  the legal community's role in shaping the way in which our communities look and  are ultimately experienced by their residents.
