dealing with all aspects of transportation including planning,

Green Buildings and Sustainable Development
Training
The
Energy Center of Wisconsin is holding training on green
buildings and sustainable developments
February 19, 2009 in
Delafield, WI.
(6.5 | CM - approval pending)
This full-day workshop will identify the fundamentals of urban
design and planning for sustainable development. The training will
drill down to the building level and examine building orientation to
incorporate solar energy systems, and green, non-toxic materials and
applications.

Fulbright Scholar Program
The Fulbright Scholar Program is offering three
lecturing, research or combined lecturing/research awards in urban
planning or studies fields during the 2010-11 academic year in Bahrain,
Israel and the West Bank. Awards range from five
months to an academic year. Grants are awarded to faculty of all
academic ranks, including adjunct and emeritus, and to practicing
professionals. Fulbright lecturing assignments are in English.
U.S. citizenship is required. For details of eligibility
requirements, award descriptions, and an online application, visit our
