Come see and hear about the redevelopment progress in Uptown Normal. Get
updated on the most recent plans for Downtown Bloomington. Find out more
about innovative ways to treat water as a resource. Learn about form based
codes and how they are being applied in Illinois. Spring conference speakers
include author Edwin Black, Gary Schaefer, P.E. of Hey & Associates, Inc. and
Kristin Ihnchak Farr of Farr Associates. This year’s conference location is the
historic Normal Theater, 209 W. North Street immediately adjacent to the new
Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Uptown Normal and within three blocks
of the Bloomington-Normal Amtrak Station. Overnight accommodations will be
available at the Holiday Inn Express in Normal. Conference Program and
