There are a few spaces left in Friday's 1-2:30 pm Webcast on Practical Application of Takings, Exactions and Constitutional Procedural Requirements in Local Land Use Decisions 
This session qualifies for 1.5 hours of CM Law credit. 
 
This webcast will discuss the limitations on and common legal challenges to local land use decisions and will discuss practical steps local land use agencies should consider to conform to federal constitutional and statutory limitations.  This course is being taught by Dan Vogel who is the founding shareholder of Cunningham, Vogel and Rost P.C. a law firm representing only local governments and related public sector interests.
