2010 Transit Security
Grant Program
The U.S. Department of Homeland Security announced
the release of application guidance for the
Transit Security Grant Program (TSGP) totaling an estimated $253
million—funds for state, local, and territorial governments and
private sector entities to strengthen the nation's transportation
infrastructure and protect the traveling public from acts of
terrorism and other major disasters. Applications for the TSGP
programs are due February 18, 2010.

It's the 99th Edition - can you
believe how time flies?
APA-IL is busy getting ready for its 100th Edition. If you have any
old newsletters in the back of your file cabinet, we'd like to have
them! If you have old pictures from past conferences, send them to
editor at ilapa.org!
We're hoping that the 100th Edition will bring a few laughs and lots
of memories back.
The new year also brings changes online. First, a crisp new look to the newsletter! Our website now offers
