include crime and socially sustainable communities, comprehensive 
planning, the
town and gown connection, water issues, the Southern Illinois wine 
trail, the
ways communities have successfully utilized TIF Districts and the 
Southern IL
University Saluki Way Project.  Presenters include Tom Henderson,
Executive Director of the Tax Increment Association and Kendig Keast
Collaborative.
