      It 
      is not too late to attend the IL APA Chapter conference in Normal, 
      although you will need to register at the Marriott Hotel when you get 
      there. You can arrive by Amtrak two blocks from the Marriott Hotel and rub 
      elbows and hang out with planners for three days in a modern town with 
      considerable amenities. Please visit the

      outlines details of the Chapter conference. You can see first-hand what 
      will be offered. 


      In addition to the diverse sessions and mobile workshops, you can go to 
      an artsy movie Wednesday night in the Normal Theater, designated on the 
      National Register of Historic Places. 


      And after the sessions on Thursday, you can attend a cocktail reception 
      hosted by Houseal Lavigne Associates at Medici a block from the hotel.
