Keynote Speaker at October's Conference

Damon Smith, Senior Counsel to the General Counsel at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), will provide the keynote address, "Planning Recovery: Recent Federal Planning and Technical Assistance Initiatives”. It promises to be a candid and engaging discussion of the important connection between local and federal planning efforts. Rob Kowalski, APA-IL President agrees and said, “From his community development experience in East St. Louis to his current appointment with HUD, he will inspire us all this October!”
