Farmer’s Market
While there is no official ranking of farmers’ markets in Illinois, Urbana’s Market at the Square is widely considered to be one of the best and largest producer-only markets in the state. The weekly farmers’ market in Urbana has fresh produce, meat, and dairy products, plants, cut flowers, baked goods, coffee and tea, art and crafts, live music and much more! And, if you’re hungry while you’re visiting the market, you’re in luck – there is quite an array of food trucks, serving everything from Belgian waffles to fried egg sandwiches, burritos, and ice cream.
