APA Chapters have lined up a webcast addressing the impact of the recent US Supreme Court decision in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water District.  You’ve read a lot about it, but here’s an opportunity to hear from two of the country’s leading experts in land use law.  We’ve applied for 1.5 CM LAW credits for this.

Some recordings will be selected for CM Distance Education credits; we’ll let you know this fall which ones will qualify.
