APA Chapters have lined up a webcast addressing the impact of the recent US Supreme Court decision in Koontz v. St. Johns River Water District. You’ve read a lot about it, but here’s an opportunity to hear from two of the country’s leading experts in land use law. We’ve applied for 1.5 CM LAW credits for this.
