RFI #1

I am looking for the cost cities (with populations of
20,000) have paid for having their comprehensive plan done
by a consultant.

Please send your responses to Barbara Reeves at
breaves at cityofalice.org

RFI #2

Do the public hearing, service plan and other requirements
of Texas Local Govt. Code, Chapter 43, Subchapter C-1
(Annexation Procedure for areas exempted from municipal
annexation plan) apply if the annexation meets the
requirements of Subchapter B (General Authority to Annex),
Section 43.028 (Authority of municipalities to annex
sparsely occupied area on petition of area landowners),
i.e., less than ½ mile, contiguous to municipality, vacant
or less than 3 qualified voters?

Please send your responses to Irene Szedlmayer at
iszedlmayer at cityofsanjuantexas.com

RFI #3

We are looking for information from cities that have done
plans or studies for city entry identity signage, monument
or kiosks.

Please send your responses to John Garfield at
john.garfield at midlothian.tx.us

RFI #4

I am interested in anyone having information on land values
for rail rights-of-way for multi-use, utility corridors, or,
importantly, recreation. Realizing railroads are much more
sensitive and smart about their corridors today, they may
only grant easements for use, or joint use, and I am
interested in that, also.

Please send your responses to Wayne Grinnell at
grinnellw at comcast.net
