The City is Shenandoah will ask for RFQ/RFP's to create a
unified development code and update to the Comprehensive
Plan in the near future.  I am needing examples or templates
of Request For Proposals/Qualifications.  Could anyone email
or fax me examples of RFP's or RFQ's soliciting to perform a
unified development code and update to the Comprehensive
Master Plan?
