All very good and interesting. I seem to recall someone being told to limit
the parking for churches so we can exclude them from neighborhoods, then
when the issue rolled around that person took the blame for trying to run
churches out of town and was fired! ;) Planning History 105!
I think to it depends on your community and who owns what where............I
would do some deep digging because if a church owns a lot and you try to
change them, you will face the wrath, in more ways than one! and if you call
it public assembly then you run the risk of loosing uses you like. a very
tedious task indeed.
