Andrea:
The Chapter will be discussing this option at our next meeting in January.
However, one of our local sections, Sun Coast Section, is hosting a
facilitated book discussion. They are not having a conference call to
discuss the book; rather they are having a meeting on this upcoming Saturday
morning for two hours. The book is Planning and Politics. The program was
posted on our Chapter website and I think was advertised through the
Section's newsletter and mailing list. The Section has submitted the course
for AICP CM credit - I am not sure if they have received a response yet. If
you want more details, let me know.

Hi everyone,
MAP is looking into developing a Planners Book Club. Read a book, have a
conference call to discuss, get CM credit. Have any of your Chapters
offered Planners Book Club? APA of course offers this, but we are looking
at a local model.
