[ChapterAdmin] Chapter Administrators

Greetings, again!
 
I did want to pull together an agenda for our upcoming Chapter
Administrator's meeting at the APA National Conference in Philly.  We've
got the time and date set for Tuesday, April 17 from 3:00 to 5:00,
pending confirmation from Molly that we will be able to use the Host
Committee Hospitality suite.  I'm going to move ahead as if this is a
go.  I've put together a quick and dirty chapter survey, attached.
Please feel free to let me know if additional fields should be added, so
that we can learn about the other Chapters.  Consider this a draft, and
I will add information as I receive input, and send out a final survey
form next week.
 
In addition, it was suggested that we develop an agenda for the meeting,
and include for discussion those issues each chapter considers most
pressing.  I've received comments from Illinois, but would like to
include everyone's thoughts.  So, please dash me off a quick email
identifying the issues you would like to discuss at the meeting.  I will
synthesize the issues into a manageable agenda.  For those who are
unable to attend, do please forward your thoughts as well, on the issues
as well as the format for the survey.
 
So, your assignment:  Provide comment on the survey, send me your top 5
issues.
