[ChapterAdmin] Change in the Chapter Administrators Meeting in LV

Well folks,

Our Conference Director has just informed me that she's run into a few
snafus with meeting rooms in Las Vegas. Apparently the hotels have
booked several meeting rooms, that were supposed to be saved for our
use. Unfortunately, the Chapter Administrators meeting originally
scheduled for Monday morning (the 28th), will have to be changed as
there are no meeting rooms available (need them for conference
sessions). Sunday is also the same. There is a possibility that she may
have a room available on Saturday, the 26th from 4:30-6:30, and is
checking with the hotel to see if it's still there.

My question to you is: does this work out for most or would you rather
gather on your own at another spot such as a restaurant?

My apologies, this debacle is effecting our meeting schedule quite a
bit!
