Zoning Ordinance Re-write
Page County, Virginia
Submittal Deadline: December 20, 2006

Page County, Virginia is requesting qualifications (RFQs) from
consulting firms who wish to be considered for providing professional
services for the re-write of the Zoning Ordinance to better align the
County's Ordinance with the County's Comprehensive Plan.  Furthermore,
this project would also include a build out analysis pre re-write and
post re-write, as well as educational presentations to the Planning
Commission, Board of Supervisors and citizens of Page County.  After
qualifications are determined, several firms will be asked to submit a
competitive round of request for proposals (RFP's) and the selection
committee may invite the consultants with highly competitive proposals
in for interviews. The RFQ shall include the following information:
contact information, form of organization, key personnel that would be
tasked with working on the project, statement of qualifications,
availability, project lists, and references.  There will be a budget
associated with project and will be included in greater detail in the
RFP process.

Interested firms are asked to submit information to the Page County
Director of Planning, 117 South Court Street, Luray, Virginia 22835, no
later than 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, December 20, 2006.  For more
