AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.

Comprehensive Revisions to Zoning Regulations and Maps
The Town of Hamden, Connecticut
Submittal Deadline: January 2, 2007
RFP # 07-04
The Town of Hamden seeks proposals from qualified responders to perform
comprehensive revisions to Hamden Zoning Regulations & maps.
Specifications for the RFP may be obtained at the Town of Hamden
Purchasing Department, 2750 Dixwell Avenue, Hamden, CT. Telephone
203-287-7110.
It is the sole responsibility of the responder to see that the proposal
is in the hands of the proper authority prior to the opening.
Sealed proposals (5 copies) will be received at the Finance Office,
Hamden Government Center, 2750 Dixwell Avenue, 3rd floor, to be held in
the Purchasing lock box on or before January 2, 2007 at 11:00 A.M. at
which time they will be opened.
All questions regarding this proposal should be directed in writing to
Judi Kozak, Purchasing Agent at 203-287-7111, fax 203-287-7115. No
questions will be answered 5 days before the opening of the RFP.
The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all
options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part
thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best
interest of the Town of Hamden.
