Request for Proposals - Consultant Services 
> Northeast Side Area Plan
> The Milwaukee Department of City Development, Wisconsin
> Submittal Deadline: September 12, 2006
> The Milwaukee Department of City Development is seeking a consultant to prepare a Northeast Side Area Plan that will cover a broad and diverse segment of Milwaukee, provide policies and guidelines based on shared values; define the character of neighborhood development at the district and corridor level; provide an implementation strategy for "catalytic projects"; and establish a long-term community partnership.
