Four-Year Strategic Plan
The City of Buffalo, New York
Submittal Deadline: September 1, 2006

The City of Buffalo seeks Proposals from experienced Consultants for the
creation of its first four-year strategic plan. The technical research
and policy development component of the Buffalo Comprehensive Plan (BCP)
will provide the market, land use, and development policy within which
work will take place for this activity.
