AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. <

Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services
Permit Process Improvements
The City of Seatac, Washington
Submittal Deadline: November 9, 2006
SeaTac is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to make
improvements to our development review and inspection process.
The consultant will survey customers, benchmark SeaTac's process
compared with other jurisdictions, evaluate current development review
and inspection processes, review the city's priorities for improvements
and confirm the most beneficial changes to implement at this time. The
consultant will develop an action plan and work with staff to implement
the changes and if funded in future budget actions, will measure and
market the results of the process changes.
