Triangle District Master Plan
The City of Birmingham, Michigan
Submittal Deadline: October 16, 2006
The City of Birmingham, MI is soliciting proposals for the Triangle
District Master Plan. The scope of work will include data collection &
analysis to review existing conditions and make recommendations
regarding planning, architectural design and massing, vehicular and
pedestrian circulation, parking, and land uses to create an overall
master plan for the redevelopment of an underutilized area of
Birmingham. The Master Plan should incorporate extensive use of three-
dimensional graphics and sketches and should include strategies for
implementation of the goals identified in the plan, including the
creation of a form-based code for the area. Public participation and
consensus-building will play an integral role in the creation of the
Triangle District Master Plan.
Deadline for submission is 4:00 p.m. on October 16, 2006. Contact Jana
