Comprehensive Plan Update
City of Tulsa

Submittal Deadline: September 26, 2007

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma will accept proposals for Phase I of an
update to the Comprehensive Plan for the Tulsa Metropolitan Area. The
comprehensive planning process, called PLANitULSA, focuses on the belief
that community dialogue is important in shaping the future of this City.
We seek partnerships with professional consultants who can join in this
dialogue: build relationships in our community, work with our ideas,
struggle with our toughest issues, and help us to find pathways toward
solutions that we can all embrace. 

Scope of Work 
The first phase will encompass the existing corporate limits of the
City, an area of 201 square miles with a population of approximately
396,000. We invite you to review the Request for Proposal, community
feedback, existing plans, and relevant documents at the PLANitULSA
website and propose a scope of work that responds accordingly.

Schedule 
The City of Tulsa will accept proposals according to the following
schedule:

RFP Issued: July 30, 2007 
Pre-proposal Conference: August 22, 2007
Proposals Due: September 26, 2007

Who May Respond 
Individuals, companies, or teams with recognizable experience in
comprehensive planning processes are asked to respond.
