Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Asset Management, Permitting, & Code Enforcement Software Solution
Johnson County, Indiana
Submittal deadline: September 7, 2007

You are invited to submit a proposal in response to the Request for
Proposals (RFP) for the Asset Management, Permitting, & Code Enforcement
Software Solution for Johnson County, Indiana and interested
jurisdictions within the county. Please read the entire RFP carefully.
While Johnson County retains the right to waive informalities, failure
to comply with instructions may result in a proposal being disqualified
from consideration. 

The purpose of this RFP is to determine the most qualified vendor(s) to
install, implement, and provide training for an asset management,
permitting, and code enforcement software solution(s). Although we
prefer one (1) software solution that can address all three (3)
components, proposals may be submitted for the asset management software
solution, the permitting software solution, the code enforcement
software solution, or for all three (3). 

Your proposal must be in accordance with the defined proposal format on
or before the specified date and time. Please submit one (1) original
copy with signatures and six (6) copies of the entire proposal package
in an envelope plainly marked Asset Management, Permitting, & Code
Enforcement Software Solution on the outside no later than 4:30 pm (EST)
on September 7, 2007. Late proposals will not be accepted. 

Please direct questions regarding the above procedure or contents of
this RFP to the contact listed below no later than 4:30 pm (EST) on
August 17, 2007. Answers to all submitted questions will be distributed
via e-mail within a week. Unauthorized contact regarding this RFP with
other employees from Johnson County or jurisdictions within the county
may result in disqualification. We look forward to your response.
