Peace Bridge Neighborhood Redevelopment Urban Renewal Plan
Buffalo, New York
Submittal deadline: August 17, 2007

The City of Buffalo and the Buffalo & Fort Erie Public Bridge Authority
are requesting proposals from qualified consultants to assist in the
preparation of an Urban Renewal Plan for the neighborhood surrounding
the Peace Bridge. Proposals must present the consultant team's
ability/planned approach to develop a neighborhood master plan,
including working with a broad base of stakeholders, articulating
planning concepts visually, and providing a multifaceted redevelopment
strategy that will ensure a thriving community well into the future.

Hardcopies of proposals must be received by 3:00 p.m. August 17, 2007.
