AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Land Use Regulation Update
The Town of Groton, Connecticut
Submittal Deadline: September 15, 2007
The Town of Groton is seeking Qualifications Statements from qualified
planning consultants and teams to initiate the update of the Town's land
use regulations and create supporting design guidance document(s).
A more detailed description of the project scope, goals, objectives,
submission requirements, and consultant selection process can be
obtained from the Office of Planning and Development Services, 134
Groton Long Point Road, Groton, Ct 06340. An electronic copy may be
obtained via e-mail from rmoulding at town.groton.ct.us

Qualification statements must be submitted to Michael J. Murphy, AICP,
Director of Planning and Development no later than 4:30 p.m. on
September 15, 2007.
