Elementary School Adaptive Reuse Project
The City of Rock Island, Illinois
Submittal Deadline: September 28, 2007

The City of Rock Island seeks Statements of Interest and Qualifications
from companies, businesses, teams, partnerships, individuals and others
with experience and/or interest in adaptive reuse projects. The property
for which this request is being solicited consists of a former
elementary school located in the Broadway Historic Area in the City of
Rock Island, Illinois. The City seeks a qualified party to undertake all
aspects of the redevelopment of this property.

Interested parties wishing to respond to this solicitation should do so
no later than 5:00PM, Central Standard Time, September 28, 2007.
