The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning

East Sector Master Plan Update, Market Analysis Services
The City of Naperville, Illinois
Submittal Deadline: September 28, 2007

The City of Naperville, Illinois announces a Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) to retain economic analysis and/or market study professionals to
assist the Planning Services Team with preparation of market analysis
studies for use in preparation of the East Sector Master Plan Update.

As a part of the East Sector Master Plan Update, the city may utilize
professional market analysis studies to evaluate the current and future
market conditions of eight identified sub-areas.  Market information for
specific sub-areas will be utilized as one consideration in
determinations as to appropriate future land use designations and
associated recommendations for the Plan update.
