The Maryland National Capital Park and Planning Commission (MNCPPC)
Prince George's County Department of Planning is requesting Consultant
Proposals to assist in developing a Master Plan and Sectional Map
Amendment (SMA) for Planning Areas 72, 75A and 75B, hereinafter
"Subregion Four". The purpose of the master plan is to implement the

Subregion Four is located in central Prince George's County and is
bordered by Route 50 (John Hanson Highway) on the north, the District of
Columbia on the east, Suitland Parkway on the South and I-495 on the
south. Subregion Four has been divided into six Living Areas, primarily
residential areas containing one or more neighborhoods, including
various types of housing, public and quasi-public facilities, parks,
locally-serving commercial development and non-residential uses (e.g.
fire stations, libraries, religious institutions, shopping centers).
