The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Local Comprehensive Plan Update
The Sandwich Local Planning Committee, Massachusetts
Submittal Deadline: December 20, 2007
The Sandwich Local Planning Committee (LPC) invites competitive
proposals from qualified consultants to develop a Local Comprehensive
Plan Update which will update the 1996 Plan and also include conceptual
Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design and Low Impact Design,
master plans for new and infill developments, a Municipal Fiscal Impact
Model, and Transportation Plans.
Complete specifications and proposal requirements are available by
telephone or written request to Robert Fultz, Director of Planning &
Development, 16 Jan Sebastian Drive, Sandwich, MA 02563, Telephone
508-833-8001, rfultz at townofsandwich.net
<mailto:rfultz at townofsandwich.net> . The Specifications are available
for pick-up at the Planning and Development Office from 9:00 AM to 4:00
PM Monday through Friday at the above address.
A Project Briefing Session will be held on December 20, 2007, 10:00 AM
in the First Floor Conference Room, Municipal Building, 16 Jan Sebastian
Drive, Sandwich, MA 02563.
Proposals must be received no later than 3:00 P.M. on Thursday, January
3, 2008, in the manner and format as required in the Request for
Proposals, and should be addressed to Robert Fultz at the above stated
address.
The LPC reserves the right to waive any informalities in the proposal
procedure, to cancel this Request for Proposal or to reject any and all
proposals received deemed not in the best interest of the LPC.
The Town encourages Women and Minority-owned businesses to submit
proposals.
