Downtown Plan Update
The City of Milwaukee, Wisconsin
Submittal Deadline: February 1, 2008

The Department of City Development (DCD) in cooperation with the
Redevelopment Authority of the City of Milwaukee (RACM) is seeking a
consultant to prepare a Downtown Plan Update.

Deadline for questions regarding the RFP are due by January 18, 2008.

Proposals are due February 1, 2008 by 2:00 p.m.
