Request for Proposals
The City of Citrus Heights is requesting proposals from firms for (1)
General Housing Program Management Assistance, (2) First Time Homebuyer
Program Administration and (3) Housing Rehabilitation Program
Administration.

The contracted scope of administrative services may range from complete
administration to the administration of one or more components of the
housing programs.  RFP responses may address one, all or a combination
of programs listed here.
