Transportation Planning Services

Submittal Deadline: January 21, 2008

The Gulf Regional Planning Commission is issuing a Request for
Qualifications for the purpose of soliciting submissions from
consultants interested in providing transportation planning services
required in furtherance of tasks included in the FY 2007-2010 Unified
Planning Work Program for Transportation Planning for the Mississippi
Gulf Coast Area. Consultants interested in performing various work tasks
must qualify in one or more of the following categories: Public
Participation and Visualization, Regional Travel Demand and Forecast
Scenarios, GIS-Transportation Applications, Transportation Management
Systems, Regional Goods Movement, Traffic Operations/Management and
Corridor Planning and, Transit & Multimodal Systems. More detailed
information regarding the planning activities proposed within each
category is provided in the Scope of Work included in the Request for
Qualifications package. 

A copy of the package may be obtained at the offices of the Gulf
Regional Planning Commission located at 1232 Pass Road, Gulfport, MS
39501-6237. A copy may also be requested by telephone (228-864-1167),

www.grpc.com <http://www.grpc.com>  . Statements must be received by the
Commission not later than 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, January 21, 2008.
Statements received after that time shall be disqualified for
consideration by the Commission.
