Submittal Deadline: January 25, 2008

The City of Kansas City, Missouri is issuing a Request for Proposals
(RFP) to consultant firms interested in providing professional urban
planning services for the completion of the Briarcliff - Winnwood Area
Plan.  The purpose of this plan is to determine a future vision for the
Briarcliff - Winnwood Area that attempts to balance the interests and
needs of area residential, business and institutional interests within
the project boundaries, as well as guide development and improvements in
the area to offer a wider and more diverse range of residential and
commercial development opportunities to the larger metro community.
