Mile Lane Army Reserve Base Reuse Plan
The Middletown Local Redevelopment Authority

The Middletown Local Redevelopment Authority (LRA) is seeking proposals
from qualified consultants to help prepare a reuse plan for the
redevelopment of the Mile Lane Army Reserve Base in Middletown,
Connecticut. The Mile Lane Army Reserve Base is comprised of
approximately 23.7 acres and contains 1 building, totaling approximately
14,352 square feet. This effort is funded through a Department of
Defense - Office of Economic Adjustment grant.
