AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.

Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency, Buffalo, New York
Submittal Deadline: March 2, 2006
As part of its efforts to support the revitalization of neighborhoods
within the City of Buffalo, the Office of Strategic (OSP) in cooperation
with the Buffalo Urban Renewal Agency (BURA) proposes to establish a
long-term renewal program and redevelopment plans for the revitalization
of areas of the City which have seen some redevelopment as a result of
