Request for Proposals  - Consultant Services  

Design Competition Administration 
The City of Portland, Oregon 
Submittal Deadline:  February 26, 2007 

Consultants are needed to administer and promote a design competition
for courtyard housing.  Sponsored by the City of Portland, this design
competition will include a focus on exploring how higher-density
courtyard housing can be designed to be an attractive option for
families with children, as part of efforts to expand the range of infill
housing types being built in Portland's neighborhoods.  The Bureau of
Planning is seeking proposals from consultants with experience in
administering design competitions and in producing promotional material
and publications.
