Downtown Redevelopment Plan
Casa Grande, Arizona
Deadline for submittals: April 20, 2007 

Project Description
Create a Downtown Redevelopment Plan and implement redevelopment efforts
utilizing city owned portions of the plan, upon approval and adoption by
the Casa Grande City Council.  In addition to the City owned property,
the implementation of redevelopment efforts will also include the
vertical development/redevelopment of any acquired or assembled private
property in conformance with the Council approved Downtown Redevelopment
Plan. The Downtown Redevelopment Area consists of over 200 acres in Casa
Grande, Arizona.

Timeline

RFP Issue Date: February 15, 2007

Pre-Proposal Conference: March 2, 2007, 2 p.m.
