The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.

Corridor Revitalization Plan
The City of Spokane Valley, Washington 
Submittal Deadline: February 9, 2007

The City of Spokane Valley is developing a revitalization plan for the
Sprague/Appleway corridor.  A key part of the plan is to designate and
develop a new City Center along the corridor.  A preferred site has been
selected and the City is initiating discussions with property owners
concerning future development plans.  The City of Spokane Valley seeks a
Consultant to serve as City's key strategic advisor in all City Center
property and development negotiations. Deadline for submittals is
February 9, 2007.
