AICP has adopted the following policy:
The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure.

Request for Proposals - Consultant Services
Master Development Plan
The Town of Carolina Beach, North Carolina
Submittal Deadline: March 16, 2007
The Town of Carolina Beach, NC is requesting proposals from qualified
consultants to complete a Master Development Plan for the Central
Business District and areas leading to the Central Business District.
Preference may be given to those that have completed a similar process
(with success) in a coastal community. Experience with FEMA, CAMA and
coastal development regulations a plus.
RFPs should be submitted to the Town no later than March 16, 2007 at
