The AICP Commission requests that entities soliciting planning
consultants follow a two-part RFQ/RFP selection procedure. Click here to

Request for Proposals - Consultant Services

Rehabilitate, Restore, Make Available for Occupancy, and Manage the
Garver Feed Mill Structure
The City of Madison, Wisconsin
Submittal Deadline: September 14, 2007

The City of Madison (the "City"), Wisconsin will receive proposals for
the rehabilitation, restoration, occupation, and management of the
Garver Feed Mill until 1:00 PM, local time, September 14, 2007, at the
Department of Planning and Community and Economic Development, c/o Mark
Olinger, Room LL-100, 215 Martin Luther King, Jr. Blvd, Madison,
Wisconsin, 53703.

Copies of the Request for Proposals may be obtained free of charge at
the Economic and Community Development Division Offices.  Mr. Dan Rolfs,
AICP can be reached at 608-267-8722 to answer any questions regarding
the request for proposals or to have copies mailed to potential
applicants.  All proposals must be submitted in accordance with the
Request for Proposals.
