Request for Qualifications - Consultant Services

Various Projects and Tasks
The Philadelphia City Planning Commission, Pennsylvania 
Submittal Deadline: July 10, 2007 

The Philadelphia City Planning Commission (PCPC) seeks the services of a
qualified team of planning and urban-design firms and associated
professionals with expertise in areas of the PCPC's responsibilities. It
is anticipated that the contract will be issued to a single consulting
team.

The prime consultant on the team will enter into contract with the PCPC
and may be assigned various projects and tasks as may arise. Because the
scope and number of projects and tasks are unknown at the time of
contract execution, the contract is considered as an Indefinite
Delivery/ Indefinite Quantity contract. Qualifications packages are due
on Tuesday, July 10, 2007.
The fee for this work is up to $200,000, and will depend on the services
we procure from the selected team.
