New Development Codes
The City of Adrian, Michigan
Submittal Deadline: July 10, 2007

The City of Adrian, Michigan is qualifying firms as to their experience
and ability to provide services for the task of developing new
development codes to replace the City's existing development
regulations.

This Request for Qualifications is issued for the City of Adrian through
the Department of Community Development.

To be considered, firms must submit a complete response to the RFQ in
the form requested.  Firms not responding to all items requested in this
RFQ may have their submittals rejected or may not be interviewed.

To be considered, sealed packages containing the RFQ (with fifteen hard
copies, one electronic copy in MSWord, and one electronic copy in a PDF
format) must arrive by 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, July 10, 2007 at:

Submittals must be marked on the outside with the firm's name and CITY
OF ADRIAN, REVISION OF DEVELOPMENT REGULATIONS.
