Master Plan for Community Commercial (CC) District
The Town of Sullivan's Island, South Carolina
Submittal Deadline: October 1, 2007

The Town of Sullivan's Island, South Carolina is accepting Request for
Proposals from professional design services to study and develop a
comprehensive Master Plan for the Town's Community Commercial (CC)
District. The candidate must have demonstrated success designing public
sector projects incorporating input from a variety of public groups.
Experience with FEMA and coastal development regulations preferred.
